follow up Q on prev. dynamic submit button.

I have set up a condition on the submit button but it fails to complete. I have the email field as a requirement so has to be filled.

The way the above condition is set, notification will be sent to any address passed to the Email field if it is filled. I understand by that, you want an email to be sent to anyone filling the form if the Email field has value in it - Correct me if I'm wrong.  

There is nothing wrong with the condition but since the Email field is required already you don't really need the condition to check if it is filled as it will always be. You can simply leave the field as required and create an Autoresponder Notification with that Email field.
