Why are we not receiving Generated Emails from our Form?

    our form has stopped generating emails to people who complete the forms, and it is no longer notifying us of submissions

    Which form are you not receiving the completed submissions on?

    I took a look at our end and found when I checked your account email address it ended up in our bouncelist so I removed it for you.

    Please check and let us know if you are still not receiving them after awhile. If needed you can fill in your form and submit it to yourself to test it or let us know and we can do this for you.

    It seems the reason for being in the bouncelist was that the email timed out and we'll monitor it.

    Result: coxxxxxxe@dx.gaxxv is IN the bounce list
