jot form isused for custmers sending in there orders fro american pet classics.com we have stopped receiving them.
Is there a problem with are account?

I checked for forms and accounts related to your email address and was unable to find any. If you wouldn't mind letting us know which form you are having trouble with, we will be happy to check our logs to see if/why the notifications are failing on our end.
