adding recurring membership payments

I am trying to create a form that users can select an adult/child yearly membership or monthly adult/child automatic payments that each include a $20 one-time processing fee - do you have a solution for this?

You can setup a recurring payment on your form by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/166-How-to-setup-a-recurring-payment-option. There's an option there that you can setup for the "First Time" payment, which should cover the processing fee (I believe).
