The PDF output of my submission data is not showing properly

    Still having issues when a form is submitted.

    THe submission pdf when downloaded is not in the correct format. The font is too big and the logo is enlarged. We have been using this form for a long time and all of a sudden this happened. We have not done anything to this form. I have been trying to fix the issue on my own. I have cloned the form to work on it, but have not found a solution. If I go to my submissions in jot form and forward the form to another email, they can download the PDFs and the formatting is correct. So it is just when the form is filled in and submitted for the first time.

    Please can you help me?

    UPDATE: We are excited to announce that we have just released the new version of JotForm PDF Editor.

    I checked your most recent form and I was unable to see the improper PDF layout.  In any case, while viewing your submissions, click on the "Get PDF" option for your submissions, then click on "Customize PDF":

    From the next screen, either reset the layout of the PDF:

    Or adjust the portions of the PDF that need to be changed.

    so i am trying to adjust the portions of the PDF. I am following your instructions from above.

    Below are two screen shots.

    The first is of an image , the kids cancer foundation.

    The second is what happens after i adjusted this image.

    i have tried on safari and chrome and on different macs, old and new. 

    I´m thinking there is something wrong with the code on your side.

    I would like this form to look exactly like the ¨submission¨ looks. when your on the jot form site.

    Again, i am having the same problem. when someone submits a form and my employer gets the submission pdf in his email, when they download it to print, the form gets all messed up.

    I cannot fix it using the customize PDF as you instructed me to do in numerous replies and from the first part of this email

    Would someone please help me this time. I am very frustrated!

    I was able to reproduce the issue you are having when editing the PDF submission and have forwarded it to our developers. You will receive update about here once it is fixed.

    Since what you need is to allow people to print the submissions when they get an email, in the meantime I would suggest adding the 'Edit Link' to the email so when your employer receive it, simply click the 'Edit Link' inside the email and use the Print button on the form to print the submission. 


    I have tested it and the print display look quite similar to the form as you can see below
