Not receiving email notifications

    I've suddenly stopped receiving email notifications when forms are submitted. I tried changing the sender address from noreply@jotform.com to my own email address. Also tried adding noreply@jotform.com to my address book and to my allowed senders list. None of this worked.

    Here are a couple of the forms where I've noticed this problem so far:

    I assume it's a problem for all of my forms.

    Your Email address was in our bounce list for the following reason:

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 p3plibsmtp01-03.prod.phx3.secureserver.net bizsmtp IB105. Connection refused. 54.240.10.136 is listed on the Exploits Block List (XBL)
