is there a way to only receive notifications when a paypal payment is successful?

As opposed to receiving a notification each time a form is submitted

The notifications/autoresponders can only be sent only when the payment is successful. If the payment is failed the notifications and autoresponders will not be sent unless the pending payment email option is enabled.
