Once our client completes the form we are not receiving the email that should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org

This is because your email address is in our bounce list, this is the reason:
smtp; 554-perfora.net (mxeueus004) Nemesis ESMTP Service not available
I have removed it and you should receive your email notification as normal again.

This guide will help you to check and remove your email address from our bounce list: http://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list.
If the issue still persists ask your email provider to whitelist our JotMail IP addresses, you will find them on this link: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
Do note that this will work only if you are using our default sender email addresses.
