    We are not receiving requests from our clients to the email of record

    Once our client completes the form we are not receiving the email that should be sent to certificate@cbsbond.com

    This is because your email address is in our bounce list, this is the reason: 

    smtp; 554-perfora.net (mxeueus004) Nemesis ESMTP Service not available

    I have removed it and you should receive your email notification as normal again.

    If the issue still persists ask your email provider to whitelist our JotMail IP addresses, you will find them on this link: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    Do note that this will work only if you are using our default sender email addresses.
