Hi, I'm receiving console errors for both the embedded script and iFrame.

    GET http://iemajen.com/emajenwebservicesArray?ver=4.4.2

Debug : setting height to  ###  from iframe

Debug : setting height to  ###  from iframe

    How can I resolve these?

From the looks of things, there may be an issue with the automatic height script.  You can try using the iframe without the resize script:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotform.com/60875672210960" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:539px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe>

Make sure you specify the height you would like for your form.

Thank you for the feedback, David.

This solution didn't work for me as it messed up the element that is displaying the form. However, upon opening my workspace this morning, the problem seems to have disappeared.

I was able to revert to the script embed without this error.

Thanks again for your prompt response. :)
