when form is filled out only karen.moody@absolutedestruction.ca is receiving the email request.
peter.moody@absolutedestruction.ca and francine.grady@absolutedestruction.ca are not, thou all 3 are suppose to get the request form when filled.
Checked bulk/junk. Checked with hosting company. checked webmail.

I checked our mail logs for the email address peter.moody@absolutedestruction.ca and francine.grady@absolutedestruction.ca. It appears that the previous emails failed to send, but the most recent submissions (including my test submission) were sent successfully. Please confirm on your end if the email notification was received.
