Is there a way to fix my current account without losing all of the submission data?

I signed up for a new account under a new user name and cloned the form into that account and I could use the designer just fine. If I do that for all of my forms I will lose the submission data, won't I?

Is there a way to fix my current account without losing all of the submission data?

You will not lose the submission data from your old account. But you will also not be able to see the form's submission data in your new account. If you clone a form, you are only copying the design of the form from the original. The submission data will not be included in the clone.

If you want to have the forms and submission data transferred from the old account to the new one, then you can give us the username of the two accounts and we can move the form for you.

We will wait for your reply.
    Regards.

My forms are under the old account with the user name guest_50255728788064. I would like them moved with the submission data to this user name (shaneks)

    Thank You.

As per your request, I have moved ALL of the forms including their submission data from your account guest_50255728788064 to username shaneks.

Please log out and log back in to see the changes. Please also note that if you are using custom URL on your forms, the old custom URLs won't be accessible anymore. BUT the default form URL (the one having the form ID) should still work and will not be affected.

To learn more about the custom URL, please check this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-form. If you are not applied a custom URL on your form in the old account, then there's nothing to worry.

Let us know if you need more help on this.
