How to hide empty fields in autoresponder emails

The empty fields are hidden in the notifier email that goes to us, the organisers, but the delegates registering receive a long email with all of the empty fields they don't even see on the registration form.

It is possible to hide empty fields on your autoresponder from Preferences as you see below:
