I have a persistent issue of not receiving the emails... It seems my form had an issue and you guys were kind enough to correct it. The emails do not appear also in the Spam box.
Could you please let me know what the issue is ?

It appears that your email address email@example.com has been added to the bounce list, which is why you are not receiving any notification emails. I have removed the address from the list so you should now be able to receive notifications successfully.
You can also check on your end if an address is in the bounce list. Simply follow this guide to learn how: How to Remove Your Email Address from Bounce List
