May we know what you would like to attach in your email alert? Currently, you can only attach the PDF submission in your email notification. Here's a screenshot to show where to find that option:

Other than that, it is not possible to attach any files on the email alerts, you will need to add the download link instead.

Let us know if I misunderstood your concern, and please do provide us more details on how your form works.

It is not possible to attach files on the email alerts, but instead you can add a download link of your info pack pdf to the autoresponder of the form.

    - First, you will need to store the pdf file in a file storage service such as Google Drive or Dropbox. Then you can get the download link of that file by following this guide: How to Generate Direct links of Google Drive, Dropbox files

    - Next, you can create the autoresponder of the form and simply paste the link to the body of the autoresponder.

You can check out this demo to see the autoresponder in action: https://form.jotform.com/60882140902956

Simply enter your email address in the email field and you will receive an email with a link that you can click to download the test file.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.
    Regards.

No thanks. I’ve tried this with my customers and they just don’t want to click on a link.

Currently, the form Notifier and Autoresponder does not have the feature to manually include attachement (file) from external source. You will have to use only a link to download hosted attachement (files) if you want the end user to get files from an email message.

I have submitted a feature request ticket base on this.

We cannot provide you any ETA as to when this will be possible/available. But we will notify you here for any news/updates on the status of the ticket.

Let us know if you have further question.

    Thanks.

Great news! This feature is now available. Files uploaded to your form can now be sent as attachment on email notifications. Please give it a try and let us know if you have any feedback:
