Submissions not arriving AGAIN

    Hi everyone,

     

    we have the same problem as a few months ago...

    Customer submits, gets the confirmation, but we do not get any notice.

    Last time I thought, "let´s make it fail-proof and send prallel to the customer-onfirmation, an second one to our company".

    Since that time, we did receive the notice and the auto-responder. As of today, we do not get anything.

    It´s regarding "Quickpick Gewinnspiel".

    Hello André,

    Upon checking your email address Info@zollblitz.de, I found that it ended in our bounce list for following reason:

    Result: 

    Info@zollblitz.de is IN  the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.1 IP listed on RBL (4.0.0.127 https://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip/54.240.9.136)

    That is the reason why you were not receiving submission emails. I have removed your email from our bounce list and that should solve your problem. You may also like to speak to your email service provider and ask them to whitelist JotForm to ensure the delivery of emails.     Hi Ashwin,

     

    I observed since yesterday and it looks good as for now.

    We also sent a message to our IT-Support, as u adviced.
