Unable to receive email for password reset instructions

    Hi, jotform is not accepting my password. Nonetheless, I am clicking on "forgot password" and no mail is coming to my registered e-mail address agent@swaadesi.com

    Your email is in the bounce list which is why you are not getting emails from JotForm.

    Result:
    agent@swaadesi.com is IN the bounce list
    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.1.1  User unknown

    I have removed your email from the bounce list. Please try request for a password reset again.

    By the way, I can see your account is currently autosuspended. It was suspended by our phishing detector tool automatically. It is because you have fields that are asking for sensitive information. 

    We can re-activate your account but we need to delete that form. Let us know what you think. Thank you.
