URGENT - I cannot reset password and my Forms will be disabled today

    I'm frustrated. I didnt realize that the form I created had a limited number of submissions. When i decided to upgrade (after getting emails suggesting so YESTERDAY afternoon). My login info appears to be gone.

    So, i requested a password reset. the reset page says that i successfully requested a reset, but no email has been sent. (12 hours later)

    and, the email i received from you threatens "  Your forms will be disabled Tuesday at 12pm EST"

    This is a new business, and, I was pretty happy with how Jotforms worked, but I'm VERY frustrated right now. Giving such a small timeline to change, without warning is bad customer service. Please reset password asap. and extend the time before disabling the forms. 

    I want to be a paying customer. Please work with me.

    Upon checking the form, what I found is that it's under a guest account. This means you do not have yet a personal free account with us. What you can do is create a new one by clicking the Sign Up button on the upper right, or follow this link https://www.jotform.com/signup and continue with creating a new account using your preferred username. 

    Once your new free account is created, you should be able to see the form automatically migrated to your new account. However if this does not happen, please do let us know and we'll move the forms to your new account.
