    Unable to recieve notifications to multiple recipients

    I have three email addresses listed...but upon submission only one is receiving the email.

    I believe this is the form (https://www.jotform.com/41344663451149) you are referring to.

    This form has 3 email recipients for the notification. All emails are not in the bounce list.

    I checked the mail logs and I can see that you are using the "Test Email" button. I would recommend you to open the actual form, complete it and submit it. In this way, you can test the notifier properly. The "Test Email" button will only send email to the admin email which is the one you've used when you signed up for a JotForm account.

    I will clear your form cache so that it will be refreshed from our servers.

    If the issue persist, please try to open the notification, delete the recipients and add them back. If it is still the same, then please delete the notification and create a new one. You can also try creating a separate email notification for the other 2.

    You might also want to whitelist JotMail IP addresses.
