We are a small nonprofit and have been using JotForm in many different ways. We have been very happy with how easy it is to use, especially when integrating it with PayPal. We have two upcoming events in May and we have been using JotForms to process registrations and payments. I got an e-mail today informing me that we have exceeded our limit of payments for the month. I was unaware that there was a payment limit. We have already sent out a mass e-mail with a link to our JotForm and I am worried that people won't be able to register. As a nonprofit, we try to limit the amount of money we spend. I realize it's only $20.00 a month, and we will pay it if it means being able to utilize the service, but I was wondering if we could have an additional month to process the registrations and payments for these two upcoming events.

Yes, you will need to upgrade your account, you should consider upgrading to bronze which is the one with $19 per month, take a look on our pricing here: https://www.jotform.com/pricing.
If you will use the subscription only for two months you are free to downgrade anytime, you only will pay the months that you want to get more submissions, I should tell you that if you upgrade you will be able to receive 1,000 submissions and unlimited payments.

I'm not sure if understood, but if you are referring to pay only one month and have two, I think that is not possible, as explained above, you are able to keep your subscription the months that you will need it and you are free to downgrade anytime.
