I took a look at the email that is default for your account and it is not in our bounce list. Based on our history log they all also seem to be successfully sent from JotForm servers.
This suggests that something on your side might be blocking the same.
Could you please check your spam, trash and bulk email folders to make sure they are not in the same?
Also, if a different email is the one that you are not receiving your submissions do let us know which form we should check to get the same.
It is also likely that your email server might be using some anti-spam service that started blocking our emails without reporting the emails as bad to us. If this is the case your IT team or your email server administrator could see the cause and help you whitelist JotForm emails.
