Form not found error

I created a few online forms and although the links worked perfectly well at the time of creation, the links work no longer. The page just says : Form not found.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our Phishing filter had Autosuspended the form due suspected phishing. But I manually checked, and found that none of your forms were any kind of phishing form.

I have now corrected this and reinstated the forms. You may now continue using them again.
