I'm checking your form "Participants OMF 2016", and it functions the same in both Chrome and Mozilla Firefox in my end.

However, I noticed that it does not display other form fields and the submit button so I can't proceed on submitting it. It seems like there is a problem on how you have setup your conditional logic to display your form fields. I strongly suggest checking them and redesign to avoid conflict with other conditions.

You can also share us what specifically are the fields that are not showing or the problem you are getting, we will investigate it further and try to see if we can find the cause, but I believe this is more related to your conditional logic.

    We'll wait for your response.
