Confirmation emails are incorrect or not being received.

    I have read all the info on correcting a problem with people not receiving confirmation emails but it's still happening (and I remind people to check their Junk Folders).


    Some who do receive a confirmation email say the info is not consistent with the info they've entered on the form - they are signing up for certain days to attend the program and the confirmation says they've signed up for certain days they have not signed up for. But when they use the edit link to go back to the form, the info is correct. It's also correct on the submissions list.

    Thank you for reporting this matter to us, rideandplay.  

    I think the problem with your email alert is that certain fields still exist in the said email alert even if these are no longer available in the form, which I believe where the confusion arises from users. The easiest and fastest solution to this is to simply create a new autoresponder email alert and delete the existing one.

    Thanks for the speedy response - I've made a new email so hopefully that will solve the problem. Also just realized I can hide the field instead of deleting it which means I don't lose all the data.
