    Email Notifications: Not receiving emails when using a custom sender email.

    I´m facing a lot of problems with all my forms, my e-mail is going to bounce list every time.


    This problem started two weeks ago, at this time my e-mail was eventually blocked, but now this problem is worse, every day I have problems with bounce list, sometimes my e-mail is blocked in minutes.


    I don´t know what to do, this situation is bringing me a lot of problems, I´m considering to give up this tool.


    Please, can you help me??

    I have already changed the smtp to gmail and nothing changed.

    I checked your form and noticed that you are using a custom sender email address, I would like to share you this guide in order to get the correct SMTP data from Google: https://support.google.com/a/answer/176600?hl=en

    I would suggest you to delete your current settings and add the new one from the links above, this guide will help you to delete your current SMTP settings: http://www.jotform.com/help/241-How-to-Edit-Delete-the-SMTP-Emails

    Then setting up again the SMTP: http://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

    Now, if this does not work you should consider following this guide, it will help you to set a sender email address, but you do not need to add SMTP settings, it will send you an email with a verification code, take a look for more details: http://www.jotform.com/help/238-How-to-Add-a-Custom-Sender-Address-to-an-Email-Alert

    If after following the guides provided above it is not working, please try setting up the sender email to the default and let us know here if that works, so if this is the case then should be something with your SMTP settings or with the feature, we will be glad to check this.
