I have set up a free form and was under the impression that I had 100 submissions per month.

Today I received a message that stated, "your JotForm account has already reached 20 submissions per month this month. Guest accounts are limited to 20 submissions per month. Your forms will be automatically disabled once you reach your allocated quota."

Why am I now only allowed 20 submissions per month?

    Thank you,

    Mary Ann O'Shell

As far as i understand, you are using our service with a guest account. Guest accounts are limited to 20 submissions per month. You just need to create a free account using the same email address you entered to your notification settings (where you receive your notification emails). After that, your submission limit will increase to 100 regular submissions. Can you please share the url of your website or the form-id with us?
