We can see the form submissions in Jotform, but they are not successfully being forwarded to our personal emails. Tried with a Gmail adress and that doesn't work either.

I have checked email addresses that are set as recipient email of the form you provide and email address email@example.com is in bounce list. Our system gave following result:
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.1 Service unavailable; client [18.104.22.168] blocked using zen.spamhaus.org
Your other email address email@example.com is not in bounce list. According to our email log all submissions were sent successfully to that email address.

I have also checked email address of your account and that email address is on bounce list.
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN Remove the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 250 2.1.5 Ok
I have now removed them from our bounce list and it should be working fine now.
You can follow this guide on how to check and remove the email from bounce list.
Also you should Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.
Please test your form and check if you are receiving submissions now.
