i put the wrong email address for confirming submissions as an administrator. Where do i go to change the email?

You only need to follow the steps on this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/41-How-to-find-and-change-the-email-address-used-for-notification-email.
So you will be able to change the current email address that you have.
