Why are form submission not been sent to my email?

    I've had all of my forms work perfectly, but noticed that a few days ago i haven't received any emails when poeple submit the forms. Any ideas?

    Your email address was in our bounce list for the following reason:

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550-"JunkMail rejected - a9-136.smtp-out.amazonses.com []:48021 is

    I removed your email address from our bounce list.

    Please take a look at the following guide on how to remove your email from the bounce list.
    You can also try whitelisting Jotmails IP addresses.
