Also, I am having to add an additional hotel onto my form for delegates to book, as we are now fully booked at the current listed hotel.  Is it best to hide the hotel information currently on my form and add the new hotel onto the same page?  I do not want to loose the information I already have for those people who have booked at the Titanic Hotel already.  Could you advise me on how to go about doing this as soon as possible please.

Yes, you can do that. It should not affect the existing data in your form as long as you do not delete any fields. Take note that deleting a field also deletes its associated data.

Or, you can duplicate the field and add the new options on the duplicated field. Then hide the original field (right click > hide field) so it is not seen in the live form.

    Hope this helps!
