My Form wont submit and just say "Please wait..."

I have had 3 people try to submit the form and they say it just says please wait... and doesn't go through. 

I tried to send one myself and the same thing is happening

 

PLEASE HELP- I need it to work

Was the form embedded on a website? Can you share to us the URL of the website where we can also test.

Please let us know if issue still persist.
