Can I set one condition to fill multiple fields with different data?

Basically i want an IF Field is equal to then fill in field 2, 3, 4, 5 etc with different info. For example what i am trying to do is if my Job field is equal to a listed job then it would input the WO# into the WO# field, the equipment # into the equipment # field, the plant area into the plant area field and so on. I have a pretty good size list and each one would have 4 or 5 conditions each to do them individually which would take me forever.

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement but you ill have to add new condition to update each field. It is not possible to add one condition to update multiple fields.
