    I just built a new form. Phone number does not come through on the recipient copy.

    When I test my new form  the recipient does not get the phone number.  The field is left blank on the recipient's copy.     Here is the link to my form.   https://form.jotform.com/60878610040956     The Auto -responder copy  includes the phone number but not the recipient coy.  The field is there but left blank on the recipient's copy.  

     Here is an example of what I receive

    Name(s) of persons attending:      Gerry Baker
    Where are you coming from:     Woodinville WA
    Phone #:

    This is the autoresponder copy - you can see it has the phone #.

    I am able to reproduce the same issue that you're having. I've checked the ID of your Phone Number field. I see the ID is {phoneNumber}.

     

    However When I checked your notification the ID of your phone number is different. We would appreciate it if you could change the ID of your phone number as you see below:
