I'm not certain I understand clearly your concern. Can you please explain what you'd like to know in relation to the bounce list? If you have emails which are not receiving email alerts, please do let us know of the specific email addresses and we'll look it up for you.

I keep getting the same email addresses on the bounce list. Can you assist. i.e., I just had to clear my email address from the bounce list twice today.
