How can I have my form be sent to me using the users email address?

    When I receive an email of the completed form, I would like the "sent from" email address to be the address of the person who filled out the form. is this possible?

    Hello flashpantsband,

    There are two options available to achieve your requirement:

    #1. You can use mandill to set email field of your form as sender email. You will need Mandrill account to be able to use this feature and the following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/240-Set-Email-Field-as-the-Sender-Email-Address-for-Notification-Email-with-Mandrill 

    #2. Alternatively, you can set the email field of your form in the "Reply-To Email" of your form's notification email alert. When you reply to the submission email of receive, the email will be sent to the user. Please check the screenshot below how to set the "Reply-to Email" field:
