After a user submits a response, they get a thank you page but can't see the thank you

The thank you is all the way on the top of the page so if they don't scroll up they don't know that they got a response.

I have gone into edit text and hit enter many times to get the thank you on the bottom of the page. However, when I submit a form to test it, the thank you is still all the way on the top.

How can I correct this?

The screen shot I included is what they actually see.  You have to scroll all the way up the page to see the thank you

I did check your webpage where you have embedded your form and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I did sent a test submission and the thank you message was displayed correctly without any issue. Please check the screenshot below:
