I upgraded my account but my forms are still disabled.

    I mistakenly bought two bronze plans. you can repay the second pass to move to the Silver plan? I urgent need to reactivate the forms, my clients work with ppc campaigns.
    it's hard problem for me.

    Hello mekart,

    I did check your account and found that you have two active subscriptions:

    Bronze monthly subscription #S-19844893J2547321D billed on 29th since Feb 2016

    Bronze monthly subscription #S-89B70395D0567845H billed on 25th since March 2016

    You seems to have upgraded your account again on 25th March 2016 while you had an active subscription. 

    We cannot use the same subscription payment to upgrade to higher plan. One of my colleague have already sent a request to our backend team to process the refund for your latest order. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
