Request to change username

I would like to change the username for this account. When I set this account up, I did not expect other members of the organization to buy-in so enthusiastically.

If possible, I would like to change the account name to iowakofc, using the same password.

Please advise if possible.

We can changed your username from iakofcstatewarden to iowakofc without affecting the password.

However, please note that if you are currently using custom URLs on your form, then they will no longer work after changing the username. You can learn more about custom URLs on this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-form. You'll need to recreate the custom URL and share it again to your users.

BUT the default form URLs (the one having the form ID) should still be accessible and not be affected by the change.
