I usually get e-mail when someone fills a form but they have stopped? can you helpThey have stopped on all of my forms

Your email is in the bounce list which is why you are not receiving the notifications.
VIVY@SOU****WORK.CO.UK is IN the bounce list

I have remove it now from the bounce list. You should be able to receive them now.
This happened because the email settings are not configured properly. The Sender Name is blank. If this is blank, the email providers will tag the notification as a spam and will be rejected many times. Please use "JotForm" as the sender name instead of leaving it blank.
