I found this site and I think it's useful for my job.
Could you please help me inject jQuery code on my sample form?
And here's the site where I found this very responsive table http://codepen.io/victordarras/pen/hJHAm
This table allows the user to write on it and it's very good!
I really, really hope you can help me make it possible here in JotForm...
Here's the photo of my hopeful table design...
Thank you as always!

You cannot inject any scripts into any forms that are hosted at JotForm, for security reasons. If you want to add custom scripts into your form, you will have to (1) get the source code of your form, (2) make your desired changes on the source code, and then (3) paste that edited form code into your own website.
You can get the source code of your form by following this guide:
When it comes to having a table on your form, you can use a regular Matrix field on your form (found under Survey Tools), or you can try using one of our widgets such as MultiSelect Grid or Spreadsheet widgets.
Here is how to add widgets to your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form
If there is anything else we can help you with, please don't hesitate to open a new support thread, and we will be happy to help.
