    Greetings-

We are currently set up to use the free Jotform service, but we noticed we can only upload documents that are less than 1024KB in size.

If we purchased a plan (bronze) would that size be increased?

    Thanks.

Lager files can be uploaded on your form, even if you have free account type. All you need to do is to increase Max File Size of you upload field. Default is 1024 (1MB). To increase Max File Size inside of your Form Builder select file upload field and click on Max File Size option and increase the limit.

Inside of this guide you can also find how to change the Upload Size Limit:

Please note that Upload File Storage space is 100 MB for free accounts. If you need more Upload space on your account then I would suggest you to upgrade you account. For Bronze accounts Available space is 10 GB.

More about different account types you can find on our Pricing page.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
