How to show a navigation/breadcrumbs bar

Hi there,

Currently, my form has a lot of fields and page breaks. I'm wondering if there's the option to display a navigational/status bar that shows the sections at the top and the current progress. Ideally this would also allow them to go back to previous sections. I've attached a screenshot of an example of what I mean. I didn't see anything in a widget search. Is this able to be implemented somehow?

We do not have a breadcrumb option, but there is actually a Form Tabs widget available which is quite similar.
