instruct them to Cancel any alleged membership application for their app. as of this day 30/3/16
Unfortunately, we are not able to locate any emails being sent from our servers. The email server address that you have provided is not related to our application as well. If you feel that it is something related to JotForm service, we request you to provide us with more information like the email ID that you have received the email, etc. If you want to unsubscribe from any membership, you may find Unsubscribe link at the footer of the email received.
Hope this information helps!
In reply to your email:
I received an email from- dehaan.ens-mail8.net - claiming payment for subscribing to an
'App' ( which I know nothing about)
It gave me to the end of the month to cancel before automated payments would be taken
from my credit card . It said "press the link to go to the cancel page" .
When you activated the cancel page, all you got was a request for your : name, email address,
credit card number etc. No provision was made on that page to enable you cancel the
subscription. So in the section requesting credit card details I typed "cancel unrequested
membership subscription, unauthorised ". --- when I pressed send, "a thankyou you, your
message was received" came up & with your email address at the top.
I can't get back in to the original sender so I sent my message via your address.
Thank you for the additional information, John. I'm not sure if it is something a form built by some spammers to steal sensitive information. Though we have an active phishing filter in place that automatically suspends the accounts with phishing forms, spammers are using different methods. It would be helpful for us to identify the issue on hand if you can forward the email that you have received to email@example.com so that we can take a look at it. Please add "Support Forum - 806151" to the subject line while forwarding the email. Let us know here once you have forwarded the email.
We will wait for your response. Thank you!
