We have Facebook Comments Widget which you can add in your form so your customers can leave comments using their Facebook profile. http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/facebook_comments

However, if what you mean is to post the user submission into a comment type in your page, this is possible with a workaround. You can either use our API or Webhook method to push the submissions data on your page, both requires programming skills like PHP or Javascript https://api.jotform.com/. You have to write your own script to implement this feature on your page.

Another way, a little easier than the first one since this doesn't involve writing any script is to use the view submissions app http://apps.jotform.com/app/submission_view. This will allow you to embed the form submissions data with your desired format designed on this app.

Let us know if you need any further assistance.
