    Hi ... Again,

I think my conditions are conflicting each other. From what i can see everything is fine but the conditions are doing what i have told them to do. Please help!

Could you please tell us which conditions are conflicting one with another and the steps to recreate the same?

That would allow us to see the same issue and help you resolve the same.

Thank you for the additional details.

Actually the conditions should have either show or hide setup. It is very rare that you would need both on the same field to have something working as you wish.

That is because when you set it to show under specific rule, it means that it must be hidden otherwise.

So when you set both show and hide, it is more than likely to cause issues.

In the setup like yours I would suggest using Form Collapse tool to hide multiple fields in the same time: Show or Hide multiple fields at once using form collapse tool

I made few changes to your conditions and this is how it looks like: https://form.jotform.com/60896145509969

I do however suggest to apply the same logic to the rest of the form and check if everything is working right since you will be able to notice if something is wrong.

Basically, I removed the hide conditions on many of the conditions and introduced 2 form collapse fields on first page.

You can clone the same to your own form and test it out as well as see what the conditions look like by following these steps: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL

Apologies, I have done what you have said and took out the 'hide' conditions if 'show' conditions are in place, but there are certain fields that are still showing when i dont want them to. The link you sent was perfect except from the 'Vinyl Flooring selection was showing the other Carpet Colour Options.

Can you please take a look ... https://www.jotform.com//?formID=60853062417958

This is how i need it to be:

    Flooring type:

    - Carpet

    - Vinyl Flooring

    If Carpet is selected:

    - Show Carpet Type

    If Vinyl Flooring is selected:

    - Show 'Vinyl Astoria Range' image and all Vinyl Flooring Options following on other pages

If Loop Pile in Carpet Type is selected:

    - Show Loop Pile image and all Loop Pile Options following on other pages

Then the same as Loop Pile for Twist Pile and Saxony.

    Thanks.

If I understood you correctly, if Vinyl Flooring option for Flooring type field is selected, Loop Pile Colour, Twist Pile Colour and Saxony Colour fields should be hidden on second page of your form.

To achieve that you need to set your condition for Vinyl Flooring option to hide those fields as well.
