I have cloned your form into my account for testing, and the cloned version appears to be submitting without any errors:
As it works fine on my end, I have also tried submitting your form directly, and it too submitted without any issues:
You will recognize the test submission by it having "Boris JotForm Test" as the name, and email@example.com as email address.
I did not encounter any issues in submitting your form. If you are still having this problem, can you please provide a little more information about how you are testing the form when the issue happens?
