I can see from the logs that the new notifications are now sent to that email address.
Your email might be on the bounce list that's why you are not receiving emails from JotForm. Bounce listed email is usually due to your mail server being unavailable or your mail server is rejecting emails from AmazonSES, one of our email sending service provider. To prevent your email from going into the bounce list again, we suggest to add JotForm into your whitelist http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
