How can I create a volunteer job list?

I'm want to create a form with multiple volunteer positions, that will read "Full" once people have signed up for them. For example 

- runners (2 needed) 

- bake sale (5 needed) 

etc.   I run an association with 40 members, and it's hard to get the jobs all filled at once, and/or everyone wants the same job.

These widgets are displayed on the form as shown below and can help you with managing the count of positions automatically. 

Each time the job is selected on the form and submitted, the count will be decreased automatically.
