Can you please provide further information about your concern? If you want to add an <hr> tag in your form, simply follow the steps below.

1. Add a text field

2. Click the HTML button and add <hr> on the text area.

Once that is added, your form should now have an <hr> as seen below.

Or you can also use our Form Separators widget that functions the same as an hr tag.
