No longer getting emails

    Hi,

     

    We're no longer getting emails for the form submissions for Taylor Made Business Systems. Yesterday, I was able to to s fix and add a second email to the submissions which seemed to reactivate them as we started getting two emails. When I deleted the second email today, we stopped getting them altogether. Adding the email back didn't seem to work this time.

    Can you take a look?

    It appears that the email address jdempsey@****.*** and solanohelpdesk@****.*** was added to the bounce list, which is why you are not getting any email notifications. I have removed the email addresses from the bounce list so you should now receive email notifications successfully.

    You can also check on your end if an address is in the bounce list. Simply follow this guide to learn how: How to Remove Your Email Address from Bounce List.
