Hello,
I am adding people to a mailchimp list. Then sending out a campaign from that list that includes a link to a jotform survey. Is there anyway to connect the two so I know who fills out and submits the survey without having the user enter their personal information again?
Thanks!

Unfortunately the integration to MailChimp does not work that way. You can instead use JotForm to add people in your MailChimp list.
user guide: How-to-Integrate-with-MailChimp
If my understanding is correct, what you wanted was the other way around. You wanted the information/data from MailChimp to auto populate the Form fields (i.e Name, Email).
Is the form embedded on a website? There could be away to achieve this by capturing the user information that was already on the website and it will populate the form fields.
I more direct way so to manually populate the form with predefined data.

Hope this help. Let us know how we can be of further assistance.
